SUBJECT:  EOP – Fiscal Year 2008 Recruitment Plan

Each year the Indiana Civil Rights Committee and the Indiana Leadership Team review and update the Indiana NRCS Recruitment Plan.  The decision was made this year to create a 5 year plan with attachments that could be updated annually.  This document will now serve us from 2008-2012.  The Recruitment Plan is used to help insure workforce diversity is a consideration in the recruitment process.

 

The new 2008-2012 Recruitment Plan is distributed with this letter.  I am asking managers at all levels to familiarize themselves with the content of this plan and to strive to make workforce diversity a part of their recruiting strategy.
