The purpose of this memo is to inform employees about upcoming vacancies on the National Civil Rights Committee and provide guidance on the nomination process.

Attached please find a copy of National Bulletin 230.8.12 and the attachment that came with the bulletin. Please submit your nominations to me by June 2, 2008.
