SUBJECT: LTP – Indiana Guidance on Environmental Quality Incentives Program Fiscal Year 2008 National and State Ranking Questions

Purpose: To provide statewide consistency when awarding ranking points for Environmental Quality Incentives Program Fiscal Year 2008 applications.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008.

Attached are two documents that will be used to determine whether an Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) Fiscal Year 2008 application will receive ranking points for the National and State-level questions in Indiana using the National Ranking System in ProTracts.

Please adhere to this guidance to ensure that all applications are ranked consistently statewide.
