AMENDMENT  IN 40

SUBJECT:       ENG-Indiana Amendment of the NEM

Purpose:           To transmit Indiana Amendment to the NEM, Part 505.

Effective Date:  This amendment is effective when received.

This amendment provides sample letters to landowners who are requesting USDA funds and will be utilizing either a Technical Service Provider (TSP) or a Professional Engineer (PE) as a consultant for design.
