Jill Reinhart, Acting Assistant State Conservationist,
Farm Bill Programs
The Assistant State Conservationist for Programs in NRCS provides leadership and
management of natural resource conservation programs. These programs provide
environmental, societal, financial, and technical benefits that include both
on-site and off-site benefits.
Mary Jo Woodruff, Soil Conservationist
Primary contact for Conservation Stewardship Program,
program or technical appeals.
Brianne Lowe, Soil Conservationist
Primary contact for Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program, Healthy Forests
Reserve Program, and Grassland Reserve Program, Wetlands Reserve Program,
and Emergency Watershed Protection/Floodplain Easement Program
Adam Heichelbech, Soil Conservationist
Primary contact for Environmental Quality Incentives Program, Wildlife
Habitat Incentive Program, Agricultural Water Enhancement Program, and
compliance status reviews.
Vacant, Easement Acquistion Specialist
Provides acquistion assistance for all NRCS easement programs.
